Muy recomendable a todos los interesados en acercarse al mundo del aceite. Las explicaciones de Jose fueron muy pedagógicas y amenas. Y el aceite q compramos exquisito. Se acabó comprar aceite barato de gran superficiepor nuestra salud!!! :-) :-) :-)

Had a great time and has the added bonus of watching the machines in action at sundown (from the olive being unloaded and funneled into a hopper, separated from the branches, washed, etc)
Luis has inherited this business from his father and has won many international awards for his extra virgin olive oil. He was a hospitable guide, fluent in english, and shared insight into the art of olive oil tasting and how olive oils are critiqued and the care it takes to ensure his product is top quality.

We stopped by without reservation in an attempt to get a tour and tasting of olive oil. Unfortunately the official full guided tours where full when we arrived. However we still got a short tour and explanation of the factory. Good experience and very interesting. But I definitely recommend to book in advance and also go for tasting if possible.
