  Its a nice looking bike shop but thats actually already everything they are. I would never give my bike to these people. In my opinion they know nothing about bike mechanic and even when it looks fixed afterwards you will see soon that they more or less ruined your bike.

  Tienda de bicicletas en el barrio perfecta gran gama de fixie personalizadas recambios y mucho más buen servicio amables y profesionales gracias a su asesoramiento gaste menos que el presupuesto que tenía en fin estoy encantado precios asequibles

  Due to a very unpleasant customer experience with o2town Barcelona (near Sagrada Familia) I must sincerely warn you to not do any business with these people.
  
  The quality they sell is below standards, and their mechanic is not competent enough to provide a professional opinion regarding bike reparations.
  
  I had a problem mounting a new bottom bracket in a classic bicycle frame, so I asked their mechanic to take a look at it as a professional. After looking and some trying their mechanic told me that mounting a new bottom bracket in the correct way was not possible as the English thread was damaged. He told me that he could mount it with force to be able to use the bicycle but I denied that option.
  
  I went to another bicycle store for a second opinion and first of all he told me first of all that it was a French thread and definitely not an English thread. They fixed it on the spot in 15 minutes for just €22!
  
  If their mechanic is not able to determine a rather simple matter like: which kind of threat a bottom bracket has, how can he competent enough to provide good maintenance "quality" of their customers's bikes or their own rental bikes?
  
  So again, o2town is selling products below quality standards and their mechanic is not competent enough, please be aware!
