    A very nice museum. Interactive, informative and it is for free. I would recommend it for families as well.

    Its free to visit. Quite informative. I also liked the playing screens so the visit was a bit more enjoyable. Not too big but still you can spend a good hour there.

    Very informative! Admission is free, so it's a nice stop right after visiting the Rastro and grabbing a bite on a relaxing Sunday afternoon.

    A small museum dedicated to the history of Madrid and to San Isidro, the patron saint of the city and where he is supposed to have lived and performed his famous miracle of the well. There is not much to see, but the house itself has some attractive architecture, including a chapel and courtyard, and it is free to visit so worth stopping by if you are in the Lavapies district.
