En nuestro caso (mudanza de Madrid a La Palma) hemos quedado bastante decepcionados:
-Varios enseres han resultado con desperfectos perfectamente evitables.
-Tuvimos que desembolsar la mayoría nosotros mismos, al contratar en destino a un transportista en lugar de una empresa de mudanzas.
-Al desembolsar, comprobamos que mientras que cosas sin importancia fueron embajadas como si fuesen antigüedades otras de mayor valor fueron metidas en cajas sin más
-Nuestras bicicletas ni tan siquiera llevaron un plástico protector, siendo uno de los enseres más dañados (pintura del cuadro y elementos plásticos rotos).
En fin, bastante decepcionante.
ACTUALIZACIÓN
Hace unos días respondió por aquí la empresa, asegurando que el departamento de calidad buscaría nuestro expediente y se pondría en contacto para solucionar los "incidentes.
Pues bien, debe estar difícil encontrarlo, porque a nosotros NO nos ha llamado nadie.

I had to move to Florida for work and I knew I had to do it with Mudinmar. The deal was excellent, they are great professionals who do not forget the human factor, reaching an almost familiar relationship engage during all the process. They informed me of everything needed, from the documentation would need until prohibited materials they recommended the type of insurance for the move, how I should deal with my pet, and so on. A complete service beyond the simple transfer of my properties.
