  VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I agreed to a crane service with this company to upload a piece of furniture to my house, which in theory came assembled and they gave me a budget of 180 euros for their service. After receiving the product, said furniture had been disassembled and a new budget was requested, which was 120. With this new budget, I called the sales representative of the CPT moving company and told her to see if she could download it, since The received product hardly took up space when it came disassembled and it did not weigh much, to which she rudely and arrogantly replied that if it did not seem like it to me, let life find me, it was not her problem, knowing that I was not in the city to be able to collect the furniture and having it clear that since she was not going to win the 180, at least if she was going to win 120, for a service that is worth 60 euros at most. I will not use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Zero empathy with the client and zero manners.
  
  Following your response to my Google review, I notice the cocky and rude treatment they already showed me on the phone. I confirm my review. When you saw that the table was disassembled and that therefore the lifting crane was not necessary, you wanted to earn at least 120 euros for bringing me a disassembled table from your warehouse 8 kilometers from my house (the mileage is expensive with you) and knowing that I was not in the city for work, to which on the phone in a CHULESCA attitude his nice employee told me "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, LOOK FOR YOUR LIFE." A totally inappropriate treatment of a client and of course I do not recommend their services to ANYONE. Your money was paid, but of course I will exercise my right to record your LACK OF RESPECT FOR A CUSTOMER in this review. Add that they brought me the table on a Saturday in July because they had a move at another address 3 blocks from my house, so for a brief 10-minute stop they earned 120 euros, from which it follows that you did not adjust my schedule to the hers, it was rather the other way around.   After an attempt to move with them, they do not answer the phone, do not attend scheduled appointments, and leave customers lying. Company totally inadvisable due to the bad presale service.
  I have read to another client that they have said "they have no record of their call" and that must be the problem. If they don't register anything, how are they going to offer a good service?

  Extraordinary team Mariví, always attentive to the client, and the workers much more than effective. Very good people, they work hard, they comply with what is agreed, they are of exquisite treatment. The best moving company in Valencia, without a doubt. The quality / price ratio, once seen how they all work, is amazing. RECOMMENDED 100℅
