Unfortunately the salesperson, Susana Raulet, with whom I had the misfortune to contact, is unprofessional, arrogant, rude, and what is worse, she does not know how to obtain an m3.
My husband and I prepared an excel document (which she called "the application" as if she had never used such a tool) with the volume that our furniture and boxes occupied (calculated as is obvious by multiplying length x width x height). From there As with any of the competing companies, it is the responsibility of the moving company to prepare, depending on the volume to be transported, an offer also based on the truck / s that they have available and their volume of cargo. As everyone is able to understand, the calculation of the trucks that are needed (and their volume) is the job of the salesperson, not that of the client, who simply provides information, as detailed as possible, of the items to be transported.
However, Susana Raulet insisted that the m3 calculation that we had carried out was wrong (as if she had measured the furniture herself) and that the volume was more than double, since we have a two-story house (?) In other words, for this person, the m3 is an abstract measure that depends more on the m2 of the house where the items are collected (??), than on the number and measurements of the packages to be transported! This woman did not understand something basic, despite the experience she boasted about: that a house can be very big and not have many things, or have many things and not move them all, as was our case. And it never occurred to me to make this obvious flaw of common sense evident, but this person treated us as if we were idiots.
A bit in the style of when someone deals with a person who believes that the earth is flat and tells you that it is obvious, based on their short-sighted reasons. With such a person one cannot dialogue and argue.
In short, the worst combination: ignorance and arrogance.
A pity that this person has to be the first one you talk to, since I imagine the company has good professionals who I suppose do know what a m3 is and how it is calculated.

Un desastre, contrate la mudanza con elevador.
Vinieron una empresa externa que habían contratado, el elevador no lo trajeron cuando lo habían cobrado.
Me rompieron una lámpara, rayaron varios muebles, la parte de atrás de un armario me lo rompieron y todo esto con muy malas formas y todo el rato quejándose.
Cuando llegamos al destino trajeron el elevador pero no el que había contratado lo cual llegó la policia y les dijo que se lo llevaran ya que no era el que ponía en el permiso.
Los pocos muebles que subieron con el elevador los dejaron en el balcón y allí se quedaron.
Al día siguiente me llaman de la oficina para decirme que les tenía que pagar 80€ más y al decirle todo lo que nos había pasado dijeron que nos lo perdonaban.
Muy malas formas y un desastre tras otro, y te cobran por cosas que luego no traen.
No lo recomiendo para nada.

lo que más me ha gustado del servicio que contrate de esta empresa, fue el cuidado que tuvieron con mis objetos.. la recomiendo sin duda..
