  The police station is a bit hidden when you come from the Metro. Better ask for direction, or go outside and search for stairs that bring you underground. Service is decent if you speak Spanish, otherwise you will have to wait for a translator.

  How can a plice station be underground! I came in early morning, at their official opening hour, but it was not open

  Well, I didn't had to wait a lot (it was there for ~1 hour) but it was completely useless to fill in their crappy web form (took me 1 hour at least), that made the promise, that you only have to print and sign it, when you come to their office. Instead I had to go through the full regular procedure.
