  Rather disappointed. Strap broke on my watch so wanted to get it replaced. They don't produce it anymore more (I bought the watch 2 1/2 years ago) when the sales rep. Saw that they will not sell me anything anymore there mood changed and there attitude changed to "what ever". When you want to buy a watch buy it in Aliexpress but not here.

  They do not stand behind their products once they leave the shop. Had a problem with a leather belt, which they refused to even look at.

  Tienda guapisima sin duda, personal supereducado y elegante. Todo fabtastico si no fuera por el brand y su politica de asistencia penosa. Asistencia telefonica made in germany pesima, politica de reparaciones pesima, asistencia al cliente pesima, relacion precio calidad de los productos mediocre. En fin nunca mas montblanc, es solo imagen.

  Excelente local de MB. Lamentablemente son poco eficientes una vez ya realizada la venta. En mi caso solicité una factura la cual tardó mas de un mes en ser enviada x email. Bastante penoso para semejante marca. Rosio, la chica que me atendió por teléfono, no me pareció muy amable. Tuve que llamar 4! veces para que hagan algo. (De echo aun no la he recibido). Es decir, en cualquier otro establecimiento la factura es inmediata, no entiendo la mala predisposición de estos trabajadores. Estamos hablando de Paseo de Gracia 2016! y no Barcelona 2001.

  De producten van Mont Blanc zijn fijn, maar het personeel hier is erg afstandelijk en niet vriendelijk. Dat is jammer want de winkel is schitterend en heeft een grote collectie.
