Good WiFi, staff helpful but only a few with good English, nice n relax environment, room clean but bathroom design poor, no place to hang clothes, don't open windows to sleep as there's mega mosquito

Fantastic stuff, beautiful hotel and great spa. In the buffet they had vegan options. Great if you like to disconnect a little bit and reduce stress.

It met our expectations about service, bedrooms are big and comfortable.
The food at the bar was nice but pricey. The buffet is nothing special.
The spa is nice and clean, and the lady who gave us massage, was very professional and good at it.
Not a good destination for couples if it happens to be full of families.response / report this review -

The facilities are beautiful. Just plan to have everything you need when you get to the hotel. There is no store or vending machines for snacks or drinks once the bar closes at around 10-11

És un 4 estrelles pero la neteja a les habitacions deixa una mica que desitjar. Uns pantalons negres em van caure a terra i vàren quedar blancs de pols.

It's a nice place, good views, great spa and sports facilities. Price of the restaurant is a bit higher than I expected for the service and food, nearly 60€ for a menu that I've had for 25€ in other places. Staff are friendly and helpful rooms are nice and big.

Amazing hotel with great commodities, the bed was very big and it was all clean and tidy. Great buffet breakfast with varied quality food. Spa circuit was fine and very relaxing. All hotel staff was friendly.
