Wonderful first stay. Staff are friendly, professional, helpful and considerate. Setting is stunning, the property itself packed with character, a lot retained from its watermill past, but a lot more added through tastefully restrained renovation. Speaking of taste, we ate from the restaurant or bar menu every day and were never disappointed. Tough to fault, so why try?
The restaurant was excellent! It's a little out of the way, so glad we had GPS to find it. The staff were attentive, and the food was spectacular! While not inexpensive, it's Well worth the price. It's also a hotel, and looks to be a charming place to stay. It's the first restaurant I've ever been to where they had disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste in the bathrooms for the patrons usage after eating! Awesome!!
We had our Sons wedding at Molino Del Santo. The Hotel is amazing, the location is perfect with stunning views. The owners and staff are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble and the food is excellent. They made the whole wedding experience totally enjoyable. There was a party of 56 of us at the wedding and everyone commented on the beauty of the place. It is an Idyllic setting for a wedding. Would recommend this Hotel without any hesitation, Thank you to Pauline and Andy and their amazing staff. Sheila and Ian Jelley
After a long hot drive we arrived here at the Molino Del Santo to receive the best of welcomes.
Shown to our suoer cool spacious room and welcome back bottle of Cava.
On checking in I was presented with a vast choice of vegetarian options for the evening and my allergies had been noted.
This place is magical and worth the journey every time.
Thank you everyone at Molino Del Santo.
The hotel was a gem! We stayed for one night and had a chance to do some hiking in the area. The restaurant was quite good with a wide selection of dishes for all tastes. The room we stayed in had a wonderful patio area that overlooked the pool and the mountain scenery. Would definitely stay again!
Food excellent, staff helpful and thoughtful. Rooms well appointed. Overall a very good experience. Will certainly be returning.
Quiet rooms and excellent food near Ronda.
Located in an ancient water mill, the Molino del Santo hotel is a really surprising place. Is small, quiet (but sometimes if families with children are in the hotel you lost part of this attractive) and very well managed and served by practically bilingual English / Spanish people. The hotel have a lovely swimming pool and two strong points : a really good restaurant and being a famous place for bird watching.
Third visit happening today what a nice hotel, excellent food and owners and staff are so welcoming
Wonderful rural hotel experience with a bit of luxury. Very comfortable, excellent restaurant. A place with it's own magic.
