We are deeply disappointed. If your business really appeared and you are looking for a serious company, don't even think about booking anything with them. If, on the other hand, you want your orders to arrive well beyond the estimated delivery date, by installments, broken and without any type of support, go ahead. Honestly, very bad as providers.
A few weeks ago we placed an order with Suministros Rober and we paid as they indicated that they were the usual methods.
The agreement is that our order had to arrive in full four days after the final payment, but to our surprise, that never happened.
What happened to us was a real nightmare and we didn't even have any kind of support or explanation from the company:
The order arrived in two parts: One part arrived 15 days later and the rest of the order 25 days after making the payment. As you can see, nothing to do with the 4 days that they had committed. A real disaster, really.
When the first part of the order arrived, it was a very unpleasant surprise to see that products were missing. It did not even include the delivery note where the content of the shipment is indicated to check if something is missing! We had to guess from the order we had placed.
We tried to contact the company and send various emails, but we did not get any response.
The last straw was that when the second order arrived, a horror. The outer box was intact but the contents of the package were totally damaged. But what kind of company are they? Zero seriousness and absolute lack of professionalism.
We contacted the company and sent them photographs of the content, which was damaged, but we did not have any type of support, since, according to them, the outer packaging did not have any type of damage.
Our blood ran cold when the company answered us and told us that they were not going to take our claim seriously because there was no photograph showing that the outer packaging was damaged.
Due to all these delays and lack of seriousness, we have had to postpone opening our business for three weeks.
We are never going to work with them again, they don't take anything they do seriously.response / report this review -

Excellent furniture for the hospitality industry. for another occasion we will surely repeat. Ask for it in advance as things may take a while due to stock but it arrives very well.
