No service, check in is more than hour, a family with childrens are accommodated on different floors. The extra bed was waiting for 3 hours, brought it when we reminded. The hotel is good but service is zero.

I've gone Melia Atlanterra for a wedding, so all I can say is that the event's being beautiful, and the food is so good!

The hotel is in an incredible spot. Unfortunately, the Hotel amazingly celebrate low quality concerts every night from 22h to 00h at an amazingly high volume. If you like these kind of hotels than better go to Mallorca o Costa Brava, cheaper an funnier.

Estupenda para ir con niños, no tanto si,vas a relajarte. Muchas actividades programadas. Muy cerca de la playa pero hay que andar bastante para llegar al pueblo. Al estar cerca de la naturaleza pueda que te encuentres algun inquilino más en la habitación (como cucarachas)
