  Disastrous, neglect of functions, unprofessional, very liars, you call them and they are never there for the communities or they give you long, above all they are very little transparent with the accounts and charge what is not written for everything.
  In the Villarreal office they also carry other towns such as Burriana.
  We had them as administrators in the community and in the garage, in a property that I also have in Burriana and thank goodness we changed them this year because the neighbors were already fed up.
  If you want to save trouble, don't even think about hiring them.
  By the way, be careful that in some of the five-star reviews there are workers from the Mediterráneo company to raise the score and that is already quite low.

  I have a problem on the farm where I am the owner with the community terrace, since I live on one of the last floors when it rains hard I have humidity in my apartment and I have been behind the administrator for four months telling her about my problem on several occasions and she does not nothing to fix it. This happens due to a lack of maintenance on the terrace, since it is in poor condition, the water seeps in and leaks come out. The administrator does nothing to solve it. I have sent her several estimates to repair the terrace and she has shown no signs of being interested in the problem.
