Just outside Cordoba. Plenty of parking and a bus to the entrance. Fascinating Islamic ruin from the 10th century. Also known as 'The Shining City' and you can see why.

Huge, partly restored city site on hillside. Excellent car parking facilities. Free entry for EU citizens, which includes the site and museum. You pay 1.5 euro each for a bus that takes you to and from the site itself which is some distance away. The museum and associated exhibition is not as large as I expected, but overall the place is excellent.

Nice site to visit, avoid it when it's hot! Free entry, €2,10 for the bus that takes you there and back fron the parking. 8 km far from Cordoba

Great museum and archeological site. Easy to get there using the bus. Booked the bus tickets from the tourist office at the train station which took us to the museum. Museum had a great display of artifacts and movie. Later used the bus tickets for the shuttle to the site.

Well worth the the time and effort. Try and go in the morning when there is less people. Also do not be fooled by google navigation, you will need to park by the museum ane take a bus up to see the actual site of ruins.

Oh God.. All ruins. Not in a good way..Nothing to see. Not worth the trip at all. Free entrance for a reason..don't be fooled.. Went in 5 minutes. Caught the next bus ride to the parking lot. Oh yes..u have to park yr car n take their bus 2 euros for nothing.. Go somewhere else!
