  Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 and the current travel restrictions we are unable to travel out to Marbella this May. As for most Hen Dos I had pre booked accommodation and activities and was unsure if I would get my deposit back! I had booked the Butler Champagne Breakfast as a surprise for my sister and paid a deposit. Marbellas Cheeky Butler service cannot be faulted, once I had informed them that our flights had been cancelled due to the travel ban, they assured me I would get my deposit back in full. Once I provided my details they sent a faster payment so that I received my money back that day. Really happy with this service!

  Due to the Covid-19 situation, my hen do has been cancelled and I have been left trying to get my deposits back from several companies. I cannot praise Marcus enough for his help and understanding in this matter, he offered to postpone the booking but when I explained I wouldn’t be rearranging anytime soon, he immediately gave me back a full cash refund.
  
  If I every get round to arranging this holiday again, I will definitely be using this service.
  
  Thank you so much for making this awful situation a little easier.

  Unfortunately due to the dreaded C - word we had to cancel my sister in law's hen do to Marbella. However getting a refund was completely hassle free & issued the same day it was requested. Will definitely be re-booking Cheeky Butler when we (eventually) rearrange the hen do. Brilliant customer service from quote through to booking.

  Marcus has been absolutely amazing with all bookings and communication throughout Hen doo planning. Unfortunately due to the current global pandemic, we are now unable to fly to Marbella from the U.K. Marcus without any hesitation and very quickly transferred all monies back with no deductions at all. Thanks so much again and hopefully see you later in the year!

  Great addition to the hen party! Got the party started early in the afternoon 🍑 Nice Guys and great fun. Would highly recommend 🙌🏼
