My partner and I took Carlos’s English tour during the 2020 COVID pandemic. The English group was small, only seven people total. Everyone wore a mask at all times, following local laws and safety precautions.
Carlos was friendly and welcoming to our group. He answered questions in detail and gave stellar restaurant recommendations for after the tour. My partner’s Spanish is stronger than his English, and Carlos was accommodating and conversed with him in Spanish while we walked from one sight to another. We valued that Carlos had images and additional information prepared to show us the historical perspective of several sights we visited during the tour. We learned about the buildings and history as we moved from place to place. Our guide Eulalia often stopped to point out things of interest like the sculptured faces that were on some of the buildings we passed. I recommend it
