Se han realizado la reforma de piso integral de mis padres. Lo mejor de todo es que ellos valoran todo a nivel técnico y luego te pasan los precios de varias constructoras fiables, por lo que tu tienes una valoración objetiva de la reforma, sin que te carguen más dinero por presupuestar lo que no es. Además han estado super atento para coordinar a los obreros y ver como iba la obra en todo momento. Súper encantada con esta empresa.

We looked for an architecture studio, to solve a documentation problem, we needed to fix all the paperwork for a property owned by my parents. After the death of my father, I left the documentation of a rustic plot without finishing processing the documentation to legalize the farm, they clarified all the doubts we had and they prepared all the documentation to present and legalize to be able to sell the farm.

I contacted Lorena because they had told me that she was quite good at urban planning, for family issues we had to legalize a house that was out of order and in less than 2 weeks the project was finished and the City Council was waiting for the final ok. Thank you very much for all your help.

We have built two houses on land that we had from family inheritance and for us it was very important not to experiment with the future of our houses. This architecture studio has a lot of experience in new construction projects and we saw the experience they had on their website. We spoke with Lorena and all she gave us were architect-priced solutions within our budget. We are finishing our houses and there has not been any kind of problem. Thanks a lot!
