First of all, congratulate Rocío for her professionalism, kindness and sympathy the awning and the materials are good value for money, I was surprised that the assemblers will not have a safety mechanism to assemble the awning when taking more than half a body out, the assembly was complicated the. right part of the awning was a little raised, they came without problems and solved it the assemblers were a bit "thuggish" but in the end they finished their work quite efficiently !!! Good job, thanks!!!!

They installed an awning a year ago and the structure was not square. I accepted it because they told me that it did not give problems to open and close. Now it gives me trouble and they want to make me pay for the settlement. Also according to them it is my fault because I accepted that it will stay like this.
