The dryer must be set at a high temperature and double the time. And in those conditions the clothes come out super wrinkled. For me, a bad experience.

Very disappointing experience in which we washed our clothes and I noticed that there were no soap bubbles. We told the man working there who told us it was because our clothes were too dirty (a very rude and untrue comment). He then told us we didn't need to pay and he would wash them again (suspicious..) he then hastily added detergent to the machine. After this he pestered my partner to leave a good comment on Google and then took an invasive photo with us.
I did not write a comment at the time because I thought I would just ignore the strange behaviour. However now I am sat in another lava2express in Santa Cruz de la Palma in which it is obvious that again there is no detergent in the machine even though it says it is included.
I am very displeased and feel manipulated and bullied. I want my money back for this wash - which is now €4 as opposed to the €3 shown on the photos. I refuse to pay a further €4 to dry them and will now have to try and dry them outside.
He said to us that Google comments are very powerful and get him more customers, but they work both ways. Improve your service.response / report this review -

Ideal for washing large clothes that do not fit in your washing machine, when you are traveling or your machine has simply broken. 13 kilos of clothes for 5 euros a wash. 4 euros drying
