Ayer por la tarde fuimos a alquilar 4 chaqués para 4 invitados ingleses de mi boda, aprovechando su visita a Barcelona.
Nos echaron de la tienda alegando que no podian atendernos y que viniesemos otro dia(son ingleses y viven inglaterra). Me dieron verguenza las formas en las que la dependienta gestionó la situación
Obviamente no recomiendo esta tienda para nada, y no solo han perdido estos alquileres sino que no voy a recomendar la tienda de ninguna manera a mis amigos y familiares.

Cuando vengo a probar el chaqué para llevármelo me dan arreglado cualquier otro pantalón diferente al que marcamos en la prueba y no arreglaron la parte de la chaqueta que me prometieron que iban a hacer un desastre y un error cuando se trata de algo así de importante.

Me atendieron muy bien, el trato fue muy amable y personalizado. Tuve que esperar un poco, sin embargo en mi turno se tomaron el tiempo necesario para resolver todas mis necesidades.

Somos usuarios toda la familia y en el trabajo cuando tenemos que ir a convenciones y congresos. Nunca hemos tenido ningún problema, los trajes son de calidad y el servicio excelente. Nos atiende un chico que es muy agradable y siempre nos aconseja.

Para mi el mejor sitio de barcelona para alquilar chaqué, traje, etc. Tienen desde lo mas clasico a las últimas tendencias y sobretodo muy buen gusto. Muy buena relacion calidad - precio. El mejor indicador es que siempre tienen gente.

Don't go here. I went in for a tuxedo fitting for a Ball in Vienna, and everything fit great. After picking it up and flying to Vienna, I discovered that the pants they packaged were 8 sizes too big! They looked like Santa Claus pants, and they were completely inappropriate for the Ball. I had to get my pants elsewhere at the last minute, which was obviously a major inconvenience.

When I returned the tux, I complained and instead of receiving an apology and a refund, I was treated very rudely by the clerk Andrea, who told me that it was not her problem. If I was the shop owner I would be embarrassed by the way Andrea handled the situation. I must urge you to consider a different rental shop.
