Horrible customer service. This place was a disappointment being Cuban I was expecting good food and friendly service. Instead Both waitresses were rude and unpleasant. The first one forgot our order and did not place the correct order after having to repeat it to her. Then when the wrong order came I had to ask to have it taken away and the correct order to be brought with no apology and a attitude. I would say go elsewhere or be prepared for bad service.

This pub-restaurant is just amazing. If you're a lover of Latin and Cuban rhythms definately this is your place. The food has a very characteristic flavor and you can choose between many different options and prices. Dishes are better to share, they give a lot. Make sure that you have a reservation because is always full.
The music is live all night long!!!!
After dining they offer you drinks for 6€, because after 11 pm the price increases to 10€. You can stay all the time you want.
If you didn't go for dinner, you can go inside paying 10€ that includes a drink.

Nice place to eat , nice place to drink and nice music. But the staff is a bit just a bit "locos" the place is packed and they have bear skeleton staff. Better order everything at once cause you wont see the server for a while. And she doesnt smile..wonder why?

The price is good for the location and the food is also good is not a small dish as may look on photos of the menu which is really good , the kitchen close at 00 so if you go around 22:30 you can have a good dinner and then enjoy the live show they have whichs makes this place great for a good night because you can dance inside (salsa). I recommend the place.

I was raised eating Cuban food and accidently running into this restaurant made my day. I would have kicked myself if I would have eaten at the restaurant prior to turning the corner. The cooks and the staff are predominantly Cuban as well. The food was great and it was as I was eating at a restaurant in SW 8st in Little Havana.
