Very good service, outstanding to what has become the norm. Nice decoration. You should try the risotto (it comes inside a cheese!) and the oxtail, they both are delicious!

The food is fantastic, especially the wild mushroom risotto and grilled octopus! However, we were very put off by the service of an older gentleman serving us, who was rude and rushing through the service. He snubbed us for not drinking wine when we ordered non-alcoholic drinks instead and he rushed to place new cutlery in front of us WHILE we were still eating! #rude

One of the worst places I've been to in Madrid. The only thing worse than the food - which was pretty bad - was the service, which managed to be inattentive, rude, and pushy, all at the same time. (Don't ask me how that is even possible.) Just one highlight: They did not even manage to serve the 2 beers we ordered at the same time, bringing one and letting my friend wait 10 minutes for hers. The food was microwaved frozen stuff. A total joke of a restaurant.

A terrible, terrible place. Nothing for it. We were promised a table, which was given to someone else to our nose. Not an even a complimentary drink to make amends and make us wait. Then we ordered food : the mussels were awful (half of them were not even open) and the Thai rolls were obviously frozen food. All of this for double the usual tapas price. Then the service was rude and slow. And when we told the owner we had not quite liked the food, he offered to have more mussels sent to us - how kind when I was started to feel worried they might make me sick. There are tons of places around so AVOID THIS ONE.
