It's a shame, what has never happened to me here in my life. I love my coin and pandora and I've always bought them. But a while ago they gave me some jewelry from there that didn't fit me and I went to return them. They gave me a voucher for 169 € which is the amount that has been spent, with no expiration date to redeem whenever you want. The other day I looked at the web and I saw three rings with which they added up to €153. I ordered online with store pickup and used the voucher. My surprise is that it tells me that I have to pay €18. and I said that I did not agree because the price was different. and it came to me with a story that made me laugh listening to it. It's not that we always make the voucher with the original price, but we sell with a 10% discount, that's why it's the difference. and I am hallucinating, since when does a company give you a voucher for money that you have not paid?
NONE! IT CAME TO ME WITH THE RRP PRICE THAT I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH. because it was my husband that I am and the first thing I ask for is a wretched claim form. They do not give a ticket to all this, because of these last rings they have not even given a ticket.
