We had a very bad experience with Jack jones Madrid Lavaguada. the guy he is not educated, not at all, and lies in the public inforn of his colegue and a customer.

Super helpful/friendly/welcoming staff which sadly hasn’t always been the standard customer service experience in Madrid. Very nice selection of clothing. Wanted something for the unexpectedly crisp weather and found something that appealed to me but due to it being the end of the season they were out of my size. Would definitely return.
