Un pesetero que segundos antes de entrar en el quirofano me pregunta cuanto habia transferido al banco. Me ha dejado la nariz mucho peor de la que tenia. Busco otro cirujano para realizar la revisional.

Went for vitamins and peel and it was a horrible experience. Not during but after. You go in, into a circle room with sofas, then ushered in to see the doctor in a water closet.

Fine. Good. Everything is ok, a little chit chat about what was needed and next laying on the table. Usual procedure. First the cream to numb the face, then the needles Ok, never a good feeling but while she was injecting close to my mouth I could feel the needle scrap across my face and cutting the skin. I couldn't feel anything, obviously, but still I had a sense of feeling of her scrapping the needle down my face while she was moving to inject into different areas but in between scraping the skin.
I opened my eyes and as you know it was bright when you have your eyes closed with a neon light directly in your eyes. Plus I also wear contacts and are not used to European contacts.

So we finished and I was shown a quick glimpse of my face and ushered back into the office. I was trying to find out information about what to do after or what else can I do for a slight acne problem. Asking if there was a cream or anything else. But honestly it seemed she had done her job and was not interested in actually solving the problem I came in for.

The customer service especially at the end was horrible! I never write these and this was my first experience with needles around my face, so for me this was a bit much already.

when paying the machine took over 10 minutes to connect and it was very embarrassing as I was already late since I made an appointment, arrived on time and still had to wait 20minutes for the doctor.

I emailed, called and was called back three days after my initial call and email with photos proving what I came home to see.

I looked at myself in the mirror when I came home 15 minutes after the appointment and was really shocked at all the little cuts across my face. The receptionist asked if the doctor called me, I said no and I was she would the same day. This was a week ago and still no call.

I was told it was due to the peel. I looked up online and consulted another woman's clinic and spoke to the doctor and it was concluded that it was not from a peel that they were small cuts.

The Dr. Javier clinic only recommended a cream that I could pick up and pay for myself at the pharmacy.

I honestly didn't know what else to do. I am using bio oil but there are still numbs when I touch my skin from where she put the needles in.

So for me I would not go back and am still waiting for the call from the clinic.
