  I have had a virus problem in a pen, I have turned to Inforpen professionals to clean it without losing the information it contains. When I hand it in, they assure me that I will not lose it and when I pick it up I check that the pen is empty. I go to them to explain what happened and they tell me: first, that when I took it the pen was empty, that I have lost the information and, second, that it can be recovered, after payment, of course. (How can non-existent information be recovered?)
  I consider it an abuse to pay twice for a service, but the worst has been the treatment I have received. The person who has treated me has had an arrogant and totally inappropriate attitude of someone who works in front of the public
