We rent a campervan from Madrid to Porto and everything went smoothly. Very easy to drive and the staff was super helpful on the depot and during the roadtrip. We'll definitely book a next trip

Be very careful with the contract you sign before renting the caravan (even if you pay for insurance). I recommend not to book with this company.

First of all, thank u for all. But unfortunately we have a list of defects I would like to share with you:
When we first visited the van, we found an old roll of toilet paper behind the back seats. I think it was from the vacationer before, anyway it is not really hygienic. The dishes in general was dirty. U expect us to clean the dishes after using it, so we expected it as well. Aditionally one of your pod was damaged. The handle of the pod was partly slack. This is very dangerous in case of cooking hot water. Further, our back seats were dirty and in general the whole van wasnt cleaned outside.
We bought a grill as an extra. Actually we thought it was a joke. Small without any grill accessoired. No tongs, no lighter, no coal etc. We saw another grill in supermarket LIDL for 20 euros a very big one. So may u should think about your prices for grill extras. The current price is definately not justified. The gas cooker was good to use, but burned everywhere. And the bet sheet was way too small for our bed.
The fridge wasnt cleaned by u guys. I smells bad, so that one gets dizzy no joke!

If you search for a perfect van for holiday, do not use Indiecamper! If you search for a van which is okay and expedient, use Indiecamper.

In general it was a nice week. Thanks for using your van! :)
