I guess it depends on your attitude and the person who attends you! Second time I go with appointment both times and it was a breeze. In and out in 15 minutes. The guys who serviced my car were young but they knew their business and were very helpful as ND responsive with my extra questions. Thanks!

Extremely unpleasent and rude stuff who work unprofessional, with no will to find solution with customer. If you are a foreigner it is almost impossible to work with them although they are part of international company. A lot of discrimination and fooling arround for foreigners. If you need to do technical inspection of your car in Barcelona for changing registar plates(if you need car and if you are foreigner) , better avoid this company. They will ask from you documents, and after you bring all they asked, they will make fool from you, saying that documents are not valid. Also they will charge you more than double money to do technical inspection than is price on their website. And yes, they will damage your original documents of your car with stamp without any warning, so you will have extra costs to get same documents in your homeland.
