Verano 2017 Cerrado: Es un hotel muy bien situado, la zona de piscina ideal para comer e ir a la playa, el resto del hotel necesitaba una reforma importante pero supongo que el precio por noche es acorde a la categoría que ostenta.

Estuvimos una semana hospedados. En cuanto a las habitaciones, estaban limpias, el servicio de habitaciones era bueno, pero necesitaría una pequeña renovación, tanto en instalaciones como en diseño, pero es muy buena opción calidad-precio, sobre todo por la cercanía a la playa y la disponibilidad de piscina.
No le damos más puntuación porque con relación a la comida, no es el sitio ideal en Oropesa, deja mucho que desear. La atención es buena, pero el menú llega a ser muy repetitivo y la calidad es justa.response / report this review -

Hotel muy antiguo, calidad bajísima, sábanas con pelos, habitaciones sucias, muchísimo polvo. Personal muy grotesco y descarado. Una valoración PÉSIMA.

Estuve en mis vacaciones.
Con parking para clientes.
Estaban de obras cuando estuve.
No es mal sitio, y de trato seco pero educado.

Viejo, lúgubre, oscuro, tétrico. Sorprendentemente SIN aire acondicionado. El armario sin vestir, en bruto, luce una puerta con treinta años de capas de barniz. Sus paredes pierden trozos que terminan en la tabla vieja carcomada. Su i El baño de la habitación era de película de terror. Cisterna de cadena, cortina de plástico, sanitarios verdes sesenteros decorados con el derrape amarillento de décadas de erosión del chorrito q se escapa.
A las 4 am pasa bajo la ventana, q gracias a su arcana climatización debes tener la ventana abierta al máximo, el camión de recogida de vidrios con todos sus decibelios rompiéndose en tus oídos.
El primer hotel donde no uso su armario por precaución, el primero donde no me siento en su baño por higiene y el primero del que escapo a la mañana siguiente de llegar.

Llevan mis padres 20 años yendo al mismo hotel y¿de verdad que por el precio que tiene merece dar tales comentarios ofensivos? Yo he ido desde los 2 años y tengo 16 y de decir que en todos estos años no podria tener ninguna pega con nada y mebos con el personal tanto con la dueña como con los camareros. Para que quieres tener una tele sintonizada cuando te vas de vacaciones. La playa pilla a menos de 1 minuto al salir. ¿cambiam ustedes las sabanas de su casa todos los dias? Supongo que no al igual que yo. En cuanto al inmobiliario es antiguo pero no quiero una comoda para dormir si no una cama. La comida no es repetitiva dado que tienes a parte del menu de dia que ya es variado cada dia, tienes otras cosas como paella y como otros platos sin necesidad del menu. Me parece horrible la forma de despreciar a la dueña y al personal porque no creo que con nadie se hayan metido o hayan tratado mal, no son asi. Si tanto les gustan los lujos vayan a marina d'or que solo hay luces y ahi si que cambian las sabanas todos los dias pero olvidense de la playa en un minto y de relajacion. Disfruten de bañarse en una piscina por 200€ mas que en este hotel que no cuesta nada. Vayanse a los lujos y a las lucecitas que ya veras las lucecitas cuando vuelvan. VIVA EL ZAPATA CIUDAD DE VACACIONES ¿DIGAME?

Normally I only write reviews when I have something good to say, but this time I'm making an exception so as to warn anyone who thinks it's a good idea to go to this hotel.
From arriving at the hotel you can easily tell that it has been around for more than 50 years and once you've stayed there for a few hours that 50 feels more like 100. When we arrived the bedroom was sparcely furnished, the bathroom was quite literally falling to pieces, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom lacked towels, shampoo etc, we saw that the door to our room couldn't be locked, anyone could literally walk in at anytime and the TV didn't work. My wife, daughter and I didn't really mind that though, as we were not planning to spend much time in the room and would take any and all valuables with us at all times. After mentioning it to the general manager on reception (who made us wait 5 minutes while she finished gossiping with her friend while smoking on the porch) she told us that the mistake must be ours and they had to be there “somewhere”. After an hour or so we got a housekeeper to deliver our towels and change the sheets so we ignored the bad start and tried to enjoy the rest of our stay. The we encountered the rest of the service
The staff clearly hate customers and seem to resent being forced to work, instead wanting to watch the television, drink beer and smoke cigarettes in the bar (which is actually illegal). When I mentioned that smoking indoors is nasty, illegal and to please not do it around my 2 year old (in Spanish since NO-ONE spoke English) I was given threatening looks and the already abysmal service somehow managed to degrade to the point where I was actually feeling more stressed while on holiday than was worth it. The quality of the food is what you'd expect from a 2 star hotel and to be honest at times it was better but the waiters worked from 8am till 2 am every day and you can tell that they had just stopped caring. One morning I was even served spoilt milk for my daughter's hot chocolate, as well as for my coffee, and I don't think the waiter cared enough to change it unless someone complained first, which the person on the table next to me did before I could.
We somehow managed to stay there for 5 nights without walking out, which when looking back on I still find hard to believe. I am not normally the type of person who rants or complains about little discomforts or mistakes in a hotel but please believe me when I say that this place was a disaster.
Two redeeming qualities. It was next to the beach and it was sunny.response / report this review
