Very pleasant and located in a quieter part of town which is again very pleasant and laid back. Billed as a four star however I would personally not rate it higher than a three. The hotel is under refurbishment and so may well be better in the future. Rooms aren't immaculate and quite basic, no room service despite it being advertised. All in all 3 out of 5

Wonderful seafront location, though a little far from central Barcelona. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely, though the restaurant didn't have much for vegetarians.

The a far number of the staff are rude beyond belief. The housekeeping are the nicest. They have so many of the nicer rooms available but give people the old rooms. The room is dirty and is dusty. Its like the move people with children to the worst parts of the hotel. One child slipped at the pool due to poor maintenance it was terrible. There is leaks, areas aren't kept in good condition. Mould in the bathroom and things are not given much attention. If I had known I would of given this hotel a miss, especially for how much they charge and the rude staff just wrecked my holiday with my children. For a 4 star hotel the rooms are so basic, no fridge, nothing and the area on the balcony is yuk. Like most families we save for a long time to give our children a nice holiday and ourselves. Rudeness and rooms that aren't four star is beyond disappointing. Manners cost nothing.
