Never experienced such terrible service and hotel is just dirty.

The food if it can be called that is awful, always cold and flies and ants everywhere.

Rooms are dirty and possibly decorated in 1950. Tap water and shower water never hot and comes out in a strange colour.

The pool area always has broken glass around it due to all the dreadful people who stay there and the cleanersscrub that I don't think they have cleaners.

Constant people walking round bar and pool trying to sell drugs and other materials.

This hotel needs the health and safety people in to close it down

This dump of a hotel should consider itself lucky if it achieved a 1 star rating.

Food always cold
Old food customers don't eat put back on buffet
Tongs to pick food up dropped on floor and just put back in tray
Children allowed to walk on buffet stations and play and nobody says a word

Rooms with sea view may have nice view but don't be surprised at the nightly cockroaches that have a scatter. Plus the lady whom cleans room will give you 0 to 1 new towel depending how she feels and not sure if they know normal people use toilet paper so when it runs out it would be nice if the put a new one in. Shower and tap water often brown unless you want cold water.

Evening entertainment haha hmmmm no. A old lady and man who when he goes for a bathroom break the keyboard keeps playing, same thing 7 days a week also.

Whoever is the manager at this hotel is a joke.

Simple get a new management team and spend some money on this disgusting excuse for a hotel. Your manager needs to go and servigroup needs to employ somebody who works in hospitality with experience in a reputable hotel and can sort it out.

My advice to anybody STAY AT DNA MONSE much better.

Only 4**** hotel in the area but does a good job. A little dated in the rooms but clean and very comfortable. A lot dated on the exterior and pool needs a makeover! Pleasant staff and friendly service. 5 stars if updated.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. But they left the room with no water (gave water on the first day only). the mini bar is empty. There is no slippers in the room
