Sauce is a very well run hotel in an outstanding location (easy to walk anywhere in town). Our room was comfortable and clean (good shower and bed). The highlight was their breakfast, with loads of sweet and savoury, goodies and great coffee! parking available, but do not bring a huge car ;)

Try to stay in the main building if you can (they have an annex which is harder to get to if you have a lot of luggage).

Fantastic location. Great room rates. Friendly staff that speaks English. Tasty breakfast. They make their own jams.

Very basic and small, but fine for a night. The room itself is better than the hallways you have to go through to get there.

Cozy hotel in the middle of downtown. Well decorated and functional room with a balcony overlooking the street. Staid over holy Thursday and was right in the center of all the Easter processions.
