I stayed at this modern, clean and comfortable hotel last week and I'd personally like to thank Ivan and Isaac on reception, Miriam from the restaurant and Miriam the gym instructor for making my stay a memorable one and they all deserve a pay rise. However I was perturbed by the unfriendliness of Ricardo working behind the bar and I honestly think he should look for a different job because professional customer service is beyond him, especially when he had a tantrum in front of his guests at five minutes to midnight and then refusing to serve us, really childish. Thanks again.

Amazing hotel with more activities! Very sad because its english or spanish language! Its very difficult for french who are not fluent in english or spanish but employes are enrgic and available!
