We found it almost impossibly hard to locate the hotel. Then when we did there was blockade in the street which prevented us from entering the area where the hotel was. When we pressed the button to call the hotel to ask them to lower the blockade, the call did not go through.
We called the hotel on our phone and the woman did not speak English.
The hotel itself is nice and the location perfect but getting into the hotel is a HUGE issue.
I would advise you to call the hotel before you come and make sure you know exactly how to get in. If you don't speak Spanish I suggest you get someone who does.response / report this review
