A nice hotel. Room was clean and everything was perfect. I recomand this. Is at few steps from Basilica del Pilar,and historic center.

It is the worse hotel I've even been in. The room is totally different from the pictures and has an old fashioned smell. The wifi was down - which was the worse. I haven't been told when I checked in although they knew this problem. They said they would have somebody fix it in the next morning but actually nobody cared about it. And the staff didn't do anything for us, even I asked if there were any other room available. She told us we could use the sitting room on the ground floor so we could get the network. But hey, I didn't suppose to pay the fee to sit on the ground floor instead of my room I paid for okay?? I can't believe I have booked three nights through booking, and I was not able to cancel it. Okay what I wanna say at last is just shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.

Did not see the rooms but the apartment we got few blocks from the hotel was not great, with a very strong smell of humidity

The hotel is located very near to the cathedral and all the touristic attractions, so you won't need a car or public transport to visit the main buildings and museums. The rooms are clean and accommodated although the breakfast is average. The service is also very friendly and kind and willing to help. Please, notice that in this hotel there is no private parking (not as many as rooms) and as it is in the centre it is very difficult to find a place to park your car.

Is a good hotel, i like the food and the place in general, but the rooms are a bit tiny i think.
