The hotel has nice rooms and good parking. Although staff were friendly, service was not great. It took over an hour for someone to fix an issue in the bathroom which turned out to be something they could do nothing about. They did apologise for us having to wait, call reception twice and go down to reception twice for someone to come to our room. They gave us some chocolate to make up for this issue.

Good value hotel. Nice rooms and interior, albeit a bit old. Good food, nice staff. English skills were not the best though. Nice locatiom nearby good restaurants and only a few minutes from the old town.

Great service, comfortable rooms and good breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The pool on the 9th floor is a plus on a hot Zaragoza day!
