  Horrible. The room was smelling at tabaco, you could hear EVERYTHING on other rooms, the hot water was on demand terrible.

  We were driving home from Alvor in Portugal and needed a stop over, it was a long drive to Vitoria Gasteiz but it was worth it.
  The Hotel is a traditional noble home from 16th century. Its like an old Western Fortress.
  The staff are knowledgeable and friendly very helpful.
  On our trip we have stayed in 5 other hotels across France, Spain and Portugal and none have come close for customer service. The Lady on reception was very informative on where to go in town and were to park. As we arrived late we decided to eat in the Hotel.
  We chose the option of the €22 set menu which was a 4 course culenry delight. Amazing food served by a very informative waiter. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations.
  We will make this our regular stop of on our road trips to Spain in future. A genuine find.

  Es un lugar precioso. La atención por parte del personal es excelente. El mejor lugar en cuanto a limpieza de todos los que he estado. Está a 25 minutos andando del centro, muy recomendable para descansar y visitar la ciudad.

  房间很古老，不错，也很干净！
  洗手间干湿分离不错，地板地辐热，木制房租框架，有历史沉淀~
  
  就是被子不是whole pcs的，盖了不是很爽

  If you are looking after a classic, old stile looking hotel this is. Is not a palace just a XVI-th century old building with the original wooden and stone parts.
