Nothing is 4 Star about this hotel. Cheap service and breakfast, basic services are missing and no one in the entire hotel seems to speak english. We were scammed for the breakfast and were handed back and forth between the management until our stay was over and never got our money back. Not Recommended at all.

It is not a real 4 star hotel. We had to drive there and we had wrong directions (the hotel is in a no-drive area and the gps gets crazy). No one was answering the phone, and when they did they couldn't speak english. Basic services are missing, room gets serviced so and so. It looks luxury in pictures but it is only bizarre, a cheap-fake luxury that will make you laugh. TOP position for visiting but anyway just in the middle of a shopping area that is absolutely boring. If you want something truly good and professional, go somewhere else. This is a 2-3 star hotel with too much make up.

I recommend everyone Hotel Palace Seville. Excellent customer service and I am sure I could be again there. Great location; thank you guys.
