Estancia como en casa, muy cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Desayuno extraordinario por calidad y presentación. El edificio del s. XVIII perfectamente cuidado y en el centro histórico mejora la estancia y hace olvidar lo moderno. El trato del personal exquisito. En definitiva una experiencia muy buena e inolvidable. Para repetir.

Un Hotel de 5 estrellas. Maravillosa ubicación. Maravilloso el trato del personal, absolutamente exquisito y cercano. El edificio es una preciosidad. La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación espaciosa, súper limpia. La cama comidisima con sábanas suaves y almohada súper cómoda. El bańo espacioso y luminoso, las instalaciones de este nuevas. Dan ganas de quedarse a vivir. Todo han sido facilidades y ayuda.

Geniales kleines Hotel. Familiengeführt in einem Herrenhaus mitten in der Stadt. Riesige Zimmer und unheimlich freundliches Personal. Da fühlt man sich echt zuhause. Da muss man gewesen sein. Gerne wieder.

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely hotel in September, 2016 when she traveled to Ubeda to take a job as a teachers aid assisting students learning the English language. Our stay lasted a week and it was a very enjoyable experience. Pepe, the owner and proprietor was gracious and extremely helpful in our quest to navigate the city and in securing the necessary paperwork for my daughter's work. The hotel is a beautiful piece of Spanish architecture that has been in the owner's family for over a century, I believe. We look forward to a family vacation here and renewing our ties with Pepe.

A wonderful old house with a central courtyard, converted into a hotel / b&b. Our room was enormous; the greeting friendly; the location great; the breakfast good. There's parking in the centre of town (Plaza de Andalucía - about 300m away). When we were there, the WiFi was iffy; they knew about it, and were trying to get it fixed.

Experiencia inmejorable. Ubicación perfecta para visitar casco antiguo y zona de restaurantes. La casa de cuento,perfecta para descansar, con una historia impresionante y del trato que decir! Pepe eres una bellisima persona! Gracias por cuidarnos tanto en atenciones y contandonos esa gran historia que tiene tu casa. Un millon de gracias y prometemos volver a visitarte. Si visitas Úbeda no lo dudes alójate en el hotel Ordoñez Sandoval, esa es tu primera visita monumental, pues te alojas en un palacete que nunca olvidaras, lo difícil es encontrar habitación, si lo consigues te sentirás como en tu casa pero viviendo en otro siglo. Su dueño Pepe te recibirá y procura que no te falta de nada para que durante tu estancia formes parte de dicho palacete. La ubicación muy buena y el trato de matrícula de honor.
Cuando me pregunta por mi visita a Úbeda de lo primero que hablo es de este palacete.
