Good service, good food and nice staff. The only weak point I have to emphasize is the carpet on the floor. A wooden floor would be easier to clean and more visually appealing

Tuvieron algún problema al encontrar la reserva pero lo solucionaron más o menos rápido. La habitación era amplia. La cama no era incómoda, pero sí vieja y los muelles rechinaban constantemente

We booked, months in advance, two double rooms and got two twin rooms instead. The older lady at the reception laughed at me and said a double room is a cama doble in Spanish, which could be or twin or double. I made my booking in English and a double room, correctly translated, is a cama de matrimonio, not a cama doble! They didn't try to find us a double room under the pretence all their double rooms were booked as were all double rooms in Valladollid. Besides that, the rooms are outdated, dusty and the air conditioning is not working.
