The hotel it's self was really nice. But beware if you use their car park no one informs you there is a charge. 79€ for 6 days.

Very neat hotel. Facilities are great and staff are lovely. About 20 min walk from nice bars and restaurants. Nice relaxing pool and cool chill out bar.

Fabulous hotel , lovely staff who were always friendly and really helpful. Great pool - metal sunloungers however were a bit of a heat hazard !! ( avoid them if you can ) - had food in the restaurant one night and was impressed with the quality and price. Taxis booked from the hotel were brilliant and inexpensive.

Modern hotel with attractive designer decor. Nearly ten years old and super bathroom just a little tired. Great staff; friendly and helpful. Breakfast good but not outstanding.

The Nelva is a very large and impressive four star hotel. The reception staff mistakingly placed us in the wrong room, but quickly amended the error. The room we received was spacious and with a glitzily modern bathroom. The balcony meanwhile offered full, panoramic views of the Murcia cityscape snd the surrounding mountains. The breakfast is beyond fantastic: having dined in several four star establishments in Spain, I can confirm the Nelva is truly at the top of the game. We will surely be returning soon.
