No more than a 2 star hotel.stretching it! Great location, archaic rooms and old bathrooms. Towels more like paper towels and parking inside their lot is like fitting a 747 inside a grocery store.

Spotlessly clean, room-with-a-view 'upgrade' offer as mentioned by others, tho resulting view + room were magnificent. Breakfast OK to good, though coffee only from a mediocre multi-machine, no real espresso available.

View to the Cathedral is great, if you get a room with a view. But don't pay extra for the view if they ask! That will be a scam as they probably would have given the same room anyway. The room itself was ok, nothing special.

Three star hotel with 4 star prices due to location. We walked in as pilgrims with rucksacks and received no welcoming smile. For a room with a view of the cathedral, they charge 10 euros more. They charge 40 euros for laundry service. We later came across a laundry a few blocks away (by the bus station) where it cost 8 euros.

Extraordinary location with views of the cathedral. Delicious buffet breakfast and very friendly staff.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. 24 hour front desk made check in easy. Location is awesome - can see cathedral from the lobby and many rooms.

Excellent views of the cathedral, but good grief, so many steps! There is a ramp and elevator inside the hotel for wheelchair access, but you'd have to go the long way along the road to get to the front door. The rooms are comfortable and staff is very accommodating.

wow ! Let they give you a room with the window to the cathedral and you will say " what a wonderful". The cathedral is worth the trip to Burgos
