  The owner of the place is really nice, explaining everything you want to know and more and being very helpful.
  
  The hotel itself looks a bit outdated, bit everything is well kept and clean. Decent bathrooms, decent room, fair - and cheap! - breakfast with good coffee. And an excellent pool.
  
  The hotel is close to the highway, you can hear it very well when you're outside, but not in the rooms.
  
  Urnieta itself is as charming as a ski village in summer, but it has a train station that takes you to San Sebastián every 30 minutes in less than 15 minutes. By car its a 10 minute drive (and another 15 minutes finding a parking space close to the old town).
