Very helpful staff, staying at sister hotel, they looked after our bags and were accommodating

We had such a bad experience in this hotel. We arrived in Sitges on a very hot day (40++ degrees) and checked in to our room that we had booked and paid for with AC. The room was dirty, dishes poorly washed and the AC didn't work. We asked for the personnel to come and help us turn it on (since they accused us for not knowing how to) or change our room to one with a working AC (not possible). The response was instead that the repair guy would arrive the next day.
We kindly then asked for a solution for paying for an AC room and not being able to be there because of the heat. The, what it seems like, manager replied rudely that it depends on the person if they need AC and that she doesn't think it's too hot there and that we should stop complaining.
The conversation ended there and then - we slept the worst night in a long time in that sweaty hotel and left the following morning with no compensation or even an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". If I pay for a room with AC, I should at least be compensated if they can't provide that. Never going back to that place.response / report this review -

not perfect cleaning-i painted Question sign on the TV pad for 2 weeks(proof on attached photo)-no movement. No refrigerator! Condition works bad. Cant switch it of for 3 nights, no repairmen came till scandal begin. Then we cant switch it on. No beach towels, no changes after getting we just get couple after praying for them! ;-) When the problem came-with water, condition, anything-take a while and surprisingly-personal getting not understand ENGLISH! on question-where is the owner-manager-short answer- on the beach!- just $%^ Perfect! VERY NOISY street at evening-night-morning.. evening-shouting local and tourist - drunk and just thinking louder is funnier+ there is arabic place right to the entrance=shawerma-pita-kebab. (night-drunk stupid looser shouting during his walking and sound going up like in a hole. morning-cleaning vacuum machine cars.could wake up even dead men.) Breakfast- THE WORST WE HAD EVER SEEN, believe me we are experienced. Nothing to eat mostly, especially after some time, not adding food from kitchen after eating previous people. No meat, no even simple sausage!, no omelette, no salads, sometimes no bread, no toasts mostly,on picture you could think another story but in reality nothing to EAT. all looks like homemade for child going to school, no porridge, NO Oatmeal! Coffee machine is tablet type = worst and cheapest ever - and after breakfast they trying to sale it for 2 euro each cup! We didn't drink it for free! some people drink it 4-5 times at the breakfast for free-greedy, ok-thats a their problem, just funny to watch. When espresso is great in any bar around! nothing. All walls are in beaten mosquitoes and need to be painted. No reception for 24 hours. WE had Terrace number on the top - stupidest ever terrace- room is small like 12-14, and Terrace lower then all windows opposite around! NO WORTH AT ALL. Look at he pictures. No view, noise, mosquitoes. Finally after this- OVERPRICE.

Bad experience from start to finish. Don't stay here. Would have left if hadn't already paid. Nearly left even though we had.

Fraud, 3 star hotel overbooked and they have 4 appartment complexes they send you too. my room number R19 was small and at best a one star accomodation. no receptionist in the mornings. no ameneties in appartment no desk no glass for tooth brush. stay away

Been to Sitges twice now with my partner. We booked through Led-sitges on both occasions and were more than happy with the result.
We had made a mistake when making our booking, (got a balcony instead of a terrace) and the nice lady moved us to a better hotel room, and nothing was too much trouble.
We will be booking again with you next year! Thanks for a lovely time and a very comfortable room.
