  The service not great and the management at the hotel is not helpful.

  A nice place with modern style lounge. Nicely located in the green zone north Vitoria. Service is quite professional and well organized.

  I have been her several times and always when I have the chance to be in Vitoria Gasteiz I will stay here. It is modern, beautiful and the staff is alway friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to everybody who plans to go to Vitoria.
