Nice hotel staff very friendly close to the beach and resort centre, there is a short cut through the park to the beach. Food far from great, if the food was better I would have given 3*. Pool area is great pool very clean plenty of sun beds. Plenty of shops bars and restaurants a short walk away.

we went to jamie i hotel in salou in september for 11 days we had a great time the hotel is lovely the food was lovely you always found something to eat loads of choice. the room were great beds comfortable. choice of 3 pools to go in. staff really freindly and helpful. hotel not far from beach we would deffenetly go back had a great time thank you xxx

This is probably the worst hotel I have stopped in the staff at misserble the food is terable, we booked in all inclusive but was only bed breakfast and evening meal drinks expensive entertainment very poor. I don't know where it got it's good reviews from but they are liars

Big enough rooms, good beds, family oriented, full sized bathtubs in rooms. Noise insulation is absent, you literally can hear people talking in the next room. Concrete floors in rooms. If your room is facing the pool evening entertainment will blast music in your windows until 23:30. Food is repetitive and mostly mediocre and it is absolute chaos at the restaurant as it is packed with people. Good luck securing a table during peak hours. WiFi is very slow and unreliable and there is just one power socket in the room (two if you unplug the TV but that one will be high on the wall), also electricity shuts off when you leave so having a powerbank is helpful. As it is a family hotel add LOTS of children which don't mix well with poor noise insulation. No kettle, hair dryer or minibar/fridge in the room.

Located a touristic place. This is a big hotel, perfect for families that doesn't need luxury, there are 3 different restaurants to choose, a big swimming pool with a lot of deck chairs, a playground and smaller swimming pools for the children.

Great food service. And nice pool. However, really poor entertainment (mostly Spanish and child oriented). Entertainment is not pleasing for adults or teens. Beds were too hard and very uncomfortable and facilities provided are minimal. Bring a hair dryer!
Plenty of options around the town though! Just a walk up the road to the sea, and streets of different restaurants, pubs and shops.response / report this review
