Everything about the hotel was great other than the square in front was really noisy at night due to setting up Christmas shops which were metal containers.

Everyone was so polite and helpful with all our needs. We had a large party of 7 and they were able to accommodate with all our needs. Javier was extra helpful with a crisis moment, he went out if his way to make things right.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 8 day Southern Spain trip. We stayed in several hotels during our trip and loved everything about our 3 nights in this hotel the most! When I booked the hotel on line, I asked for a balcony (if one was available), and we received not only a balcony but a gorgeous terrace on the 5th floor with a spectacular view of the Bell Tower and Cathedral! The upstairs bar was fabulous with the same spectacular view. We did not hear any noise from the upstairs bar into our room. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was great with the Cathedral & Alcazar Palace right down the street. I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel!

What a hotel! Right in the heart of Saville. A two minute walk from all the restaurants and all the major tourist attractions. Fantastic room with a roof top bar over looking all of the beautiful city that is Saville. I fell in love with the city and having the opportunity to stay here made my stay even better.
