Attractive building, pleasant staff. Salamanca is a great place to spend a few days. We particularly enjoyed the motor museum and Casa Los.

For a 5 star hotel the bedroom we were given was minute. However when the air con didn't work we were moved to a much larger room. The staff was friendly and helpful and dealt with the air con problem very quickly.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful decor. The bed was very large and comfortable. The room itself was huge and had a seating area and a large bathroom with a tub and a standing shower.

About a 10 minute walk to plaza mayor.

There aren't really any shops or restaurants near the hotel so you will have to head toward city center to really do anything.

More like a 4 star hotel but price was right for 4 star and the building is really beautiful. Staff friendly and room very clean and with a great view.

No tissues paper in the room. Only one Porter in this five star hotel. Miss placed luggage. The watermelon during breakfast went rotten. It's nothing like a five Starr hotel.
