Service does not speak english and was not really helpful. We got cold and there was no blankets in the hotel to provide us with?! Also, the restaurant was "not working" while we were there

I really want to share that this place is very interesting and I am very happy to recommend it to everyone, I'm sure you'll like it.

As Erasmus+ student we also got place at the "basement". No rubbish basket, no blankets and dirth- that was our first impression- the first two got solved after 2 days, the last not as in this part of the hotel is only cleaned once a week. Other hotel equipment (glasses, soap, hand towel ect.) were missing too. Breakfast was poor.
Otherwise recepcionist and cleaning lady were really nice and tried to help- u only needed a google translate for it :)
Sum up- it was not as bad as i expected, but should develop the services for the studentsresponse / report this review -

Normal conditions with very friendly staff (Half of them speak English).
I would give them 5 stars but breakfasts were unacceptable. Very good connection with public transport and city.response / report this review -

Los propietarios están haciendo un gran esfuerzo y son encantadores . trato inmejorable ..el hotel requiere alguna mejora pero lo conseguirán .. mucha suerte .

Great location, good value and friendly staff. Thay accept pet!! Cons: pillows were as hard as an stone.
