THE BEST HOTEL..and actually it doesn't look like a Hotel😁, is actually looking like a huge mall. The room is making me feel like i'm home,the pool is so nice and beautiful,food is amazing,the beach is so nearly to the hotel , the hotel staff are so nice with us,can't explain in words how beautiful and nice is to stay in this hotel. I will choose this hotel again and again. , The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy – it’s all that matters. And you can feel that when you pop in this hotel, THE BEST ONE

Nice hotel. Nice food. Polite staff. Pool area could be swept as buds from the trees and straw feom parasols made it look messy.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Beach club splash park was brilliant for the kids. Buffet restaurant food was stunning with lots of selection for every meal time. Kids club staff and entertainment was great fun.

Hotel Holiday Polynesia is easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I was fully expecting a standard hotel room, but greeted by a "mini apartment" with living room, small kitchen and breakfast bar. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean when we arrived, and cleaners do a great job keeping it that way throughout the stay. It hit around 29C during the stay and the air con was perfect! It's a bit of a prerequisite for me as I've stayed in hotels in hot climates before where the air con hasn't worked and it's HELL. So with air con in each room was brilliant. The amenities in the hotel are also great, with plenty to do even if you don't want to leave the resort. Pool, daily activities, game arcade, bowling, spa, shop etc. There are plenty of things to do if you have kids, too, which was great as our group were traveling with three kids, all of different ages. We stayed with an all inclusive package; we have done this before in other hotels but the range of food was much better here. As always, it leaves a lot to be desired compared with a proper restaurant, but still pretty good for breakfast/lunch. I'd recommend going out for dinner a few times elsewhere to keep things interesting! Only minor things are WiFi - €12 for the stay per device, where most hotels would include it for free. "Double" beds are also just two three-quarter beds pushed together, so if you're a couple sharing then you'll sort of feel like you're sleeping in separate beds. If you try to sleep in the middle or roll across between the two they WILL shift apart! All in all though, very minor things which didn't dampen the experience of the stay. Would happily stay again!

I stayed a week in a junior suite with my partner and son (4year old) on a self catering bases. The location was not ideal as you are a taxi/train journey from anywhere to eat in the evening. The hotel restaurants were closed and for €25 a head including my 4year old the all inclusive buffet was not appealing. Our room was clean on arrival and kept that way until we left, nice modern clean bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Didn't use much of the services available, but most of the staff were pleasant when called upon for any enquiries. The beach club water park attached was the reason i booked the hotel and it didn't disappoint, it made the holiday. Unfortunately though not all of the park was open and the water was very cold!! Highly recommended for families with young children, if staying all inclusive. 4 out of 5

Decent pool and spa facilities are good. Shame about consistently cold food in the buffet restaurant and lack of children's clubs during term time
